The LIRR will be completing the final paving of Rockaway Turnpike on Friday, November 14th, starting at 7:00 PM and continuing through approximately 7:00 AM on November 15th.
During this time, the crossing between Pearsall Avenue and Mulry Lane will be closed, and no through traffic will be allowed. Please use Lawrence Avenue or Washington Avenue as alternate routes.
MTAPD will be onsite throughout the project to assist with the closure and support a safe work zone for everyone.
