The COVID-19 pandemic is an epidemiological crisis, but for many it can be a psychological one. While the situation can cause stress and sadness, it is also a time of collective sorrow. With all our lives put on hold we need to come together and honor our loved ones who we have lost during this pandemic. In keeping with Executive Order issued by Governor Cuomo directs all flags in the Village shall be flown at half-staff while New York is on pause. This includes all flags on Village buildings and stationary flagstaffs throughout the Village of Cedarhurst.
