Legal Notice from the Incorporated Village of Cedarhurst. The Village Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Village Hall, 200 Cedarhurst Avenue, Cedarhurst, New York, to consider a proposed local law titled: "A Local Law Amending the Code of the Incorporated Village of Cedarhurst to Authorize Camera-Assisted Enforcement in Municipal Parking Fields." The proposed law would allow camera-assisted parking enforcement in designated municipal parking fields to monitor parking duration, verify payment, and enforce parking restrictions. Any parking violation would require personal verification by an authorized Village Inspector before issuance. The law also includes safeguards governing the collection, use, retention, and disclosure of vehicle information. Members of the public may attend in person or remotely via Zoom.
