in Village Hall, 200 Cedarhurst Avenue, Cedarhurst, New York, pursuant to New York State Village Law Section 3-312 subdivision 3, during which the Board of Trustees will vote to fill the vacancy in the office of Mayor and the Mayor will fill the vacancy in the office of Trustee.
