Cedarhurst loves its beautiful, lush trees. Unfortunately, trees that grow too close to power lines can cause power, telephone and internet outages, and even severe safety concerns.
On Thursday, August 17th (weather permitting) PSEG will begin trimming trees to provide safe and reliable service throughout our village. During this project, no roads will be closed but please allow some extra time during your morning commute and proceed slowly and carefully around work crews – for everyone’s safety.
PSEG’s tree trimming program will include the following streets:
