Amnesty Program for Cedarhurst Parking Violations

Mayor Benjamin Weinstock is pleased to announce that the Incorporated Village of Cedarhurst will again engage in a special Amnesty Program targeting parking violations that occurred in this Village (includes Judgements, does not include moving violations).

This program will begin immediately and will end on December 31, 2016.  This program encompasses delinquent parking tickets issued prior to January 1, 2016.

“As with the last Amnesty Program, we anticipate a great response.  This program was designed not only to help persons clear their overdue accounts concerning our Village but also to offer them a distinct financial advantage in doing so,” explained Mayor Weinstock.  He added:  “that all fines and penalties will be reduced by half and may be paid with cash, check or a major credit card (not American Express).”  The amount must be paid in full and any outstanding parking violations in 2016 must be paid in full as well.

To participate in the Amnesty Program for paying delinquent parking tickets prior to January 1, 2016, please visit in person at the Village Hall, 200 Cedarhurst Avenue, Cedarhurst, Monday to Friday between 9 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. If you are uncertain as to whether you have old tickets or not, or would like more information, please call Cedarhurst Village Court daily from 9 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. at 295-5522.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of your License or Registration.
